Md. Alamgir Hossain is the Research Director In-Charge of Bangladesh Heritage Foundation (BHF), a leading think tank in South Asia. He has accomplished Bachelors of Social Science (BSS) and Masters of Social Science (MSS) in Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Dhaka with distinction. Before September, 2019, he worked as Research Officer since his joining in BHF on July 8, 2018. He is also a visitor as Researcher at International Crimes Tribunal Bangladesh (ICT-BD). Prior to joining to BHF he was the General Secretary of South Asian Youth Association (SAYA). He was also the General Secretary of Jatiya Bitorko Mancho (JBM). Besides, he has work experience with Human Rights Support Society (HRSS), Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), and Salimullah Muslim Hall Debating Club (SMDC).
