17th April Art Exhibition 2009

17th April is very important to us. In 1971, when the country was fighting for Independence, the first exile Government was formed on 17th April 1971 at Meherpur, Bangladesh. To mark that auspicious day, Bangladesh Heritage Foundation is going to organize an art show with participation of 27 artists from 14 countries.

Greece : Sarantis Gagas and Georgia Grigoriadou.

Germany : Dorothea Fleiss and Eric Paproth .

Argentina : Mirta Toledo and Elizabeth Pujalka .

Venezuela : Luis Velara Escarre .

India : Sumita Chauhan.

Nepal : Shashi Bikram Shah, Shankar Nath Rimal, Gajendra Man Shrestha and Padmanand Neaupane.

Italy : Annamaria Gelmi.

Honduras : Jorge Ivan Restrepo.

USA : Obaidullah Mamoon and Christine Tarantino.

Malaysia : Suzlee Ibrahim and Asliza Aris .

Sweden : Marten Lindblom.

France : Jeanne Marinello & Others.

The exhibition will start on 17th April 2009, at 11 AM.
